I am appalled. I had no idea we couldn’t spend like there was no tomorrow (faux surprise). Is this some kind of new fiscal metric that heretofore we were unaware of? I am aghast. Did anybody clue the Democrats in? Because they seem oblivious to this seemingly new paradigm.
